1) Providing technical support to end-users via remote support or by visiting the client-end. Diagnose and resolve technical software issues.
2) Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to Product, Virus & Malware Intrusion etc.

3) 1-2 years work experience on Technical Support

4) Provide Online/Offline Technical Support to National/International Customers.

5) Providing technical support and customer service for our clients.

6) Providing Technical Support related to Product lines like Anti-virus.

7) Manage support inquiries via e-mail and phone.

8) Good ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members

9) Flexible to work in Night Shifts
