Job Description:

• To support and assist the technical service manager for workshops and documentation.
• Responsible for the NetSuite software, and inventory maintenance and follow standard procedures to elevate unresolved issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of workshop inventory of spare parts and consumables.
• In charge of requesting workshop needs like tools, consumables, and others.
• Perform the shipboard required documents for shipyard anchorage and dry‑docking repairs.
• To assist and prepare maintenance personnel for encoding work done service report / workshop.
• Will handle Netsuite software for requesting workshop needs and workshop inventory.
• Conducting the ToolBox meeting workshop
