Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities - Assist the sales team with technical support and pre‑sales inquiries
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers
- Conduct product testing to better understand product features and performance
- Provide product training to internal staff and customers
- Handle after‑sales technical support including troubleshooting and warranty claims
Requirements - Bachelor’s or above in Engineering or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Able to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions
- Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in related industry will be an advantage
