Job Duties:

Provides technical direction and recommendations to improve utilization. Reviews records and reports of production, machine malfunctions and maintenance as well as organizational, procedural, and workflow plans and methods. Assists with testing of new release of systems, vendor modifications, and upgrades.

Experience and Education: Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
