EQUANS are looking for a Mobile Technical Supervisor working on our HMCTS contract in Redditch Magistrates Courts. This role would be a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:

The post holder is accountable for the delivery of supervision for the HMCTs contract and associated specifications for the contract.

To Supervise the delivery of the facilities services for the HMCTs Contract by supporting the Area Facilities Manager (AFM)

Support the AFM in achieving all SLAs in place

Support the AFM in achieving all KPIs

Support the AFM in achieving % statutory compliance.

Ensuring H&S compliance to legislative and Equans standards

Supervision of the team, including PDRs, succession planning, absence and performance management
