Job Description

Ensure vessels are maintained in compliance with Classification Society, Flag State, Port State Control, Oil Major, and statutory requirements.

Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with the Planned Maintenance System (PMS).

Review, approve, and monitor vessel repairs, including preparation of purchase orders and work orders.

Prepare dry-docking and repair specifications, supervise repair activities, and monitor work progress to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Manage assigned vessel budgets and ensure vessels operate according to Owners’ operational standards and company requirements.

Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate and attend inspections by Classification Societies, Flag State, Port State Control, Underwriters, and Oil Majors.
