Job Description: Answering to the Fleet Manager, Inspecting Prepare the team for internal vetting and train them in accordance with the timeline. Determine what needs to be improved upon and confirm that the corrective and preventive measures are being implemented. Check that ship personnel do the necessary actions in accordance with designated schedules at the appropriate times. Make that the ship is managed and operated safely in line with the company's IMS procedures and all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and mandates. Engage in a variety of safety campaigns actively (by supporting the creation of campaigns as well as implementing o/b). Verify that the vessel conforms with SIRE and CDI regulations. Find any gaps or patterns and report them to the appropriate Fleet Manager, Vetting.
