Manage the technical performance, reliability, and maintenance of assigned dry bulk vessels Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory requirements Conduct vessel inspections and follow up on deficiencies, corrective actions, and audit findings Monitor vessel budgets, repair costs, drydockings, and modification projects Identify cost optimisation opportunities and recommend technical improvements across the fleet Coordinate repairs, maintenance works, and third-party service providers Support newbuilding projects including drawing reviews, yard attendance, sea...
