**Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring for VistA Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Tier 2 Support (Remote), to provide advanced troubleshooting, system expertise, and operational support for complex issues from Tier 1. This role requires deep knowledge of IT application administration to support mission-critical customer environments. This role is a fully remote, U.S.-based position, with core hours of operation Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
**Responsibilities**
+ Resolve complex incidents escalated from Tier 1 related to PCS PL applications, including Pharmacy namespaces, outpatient/inpatient pharmacy functions, and integrations with commercial drug databases such as First Databank (FDB).
