Position Overview
Troubleshoot and repair automotive, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems used in terminal operations. Conduct planned maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment. Identify and modify equipment to improve reliability, safety, and maintainability. Participate in special projects focused on equipment upgrades and modifications. Perform systematic equipment failure diagnosis and implement corrective measures. Carry out regular inspections and maintain service records to minimize downtime. Maintain compliance with safety standards, including working outdoors and at heights. Collaborate with team members and adapt to rotating shift schedules to support service recovery operations. Requirements NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in a technical field (those with strong hands-on experience but without these qualifications may also be considered).
