As a Technical Solutions Advisor, you will build relationships with key industry professionals, support project teams during design and pre‑construction, and identify where MTC’s products can provide value through improved constructability, efficiency, performance, or technical support. This is a client‑facing technical role that requires trust‑building, clear communication, and an ability to move opportunities from early design conversations to specification and successful project execution.
