- Understand customer needs and identify how Rohde & Schwarz products can provide technical solutions
- Create new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Grow the territory and exceed quota
- Partner with distribution and rental partners to grow R&S base business
- Build and manage a strong sales funnel
