Lead & Scale: Directly manage a team of 20–30 engineers, owning delivery, performance, and career development. (Strong senior ICs without management experience will also be considered.)
Trading Systems Ownership: Oversee the architecture, development, and optimization of exchange trading infrastructure and related platforms.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with global stakeholders and leadership teams; fluent English and Chinese is essential as you need to engage with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Technical Excellence: Ensure high standards of code quality, system reliability, and scalability in a fast-paced, 24/7 trading environment.
Strategic Execution: Partner with product, trading, and operations teams to prioritize roadmaps and deliver business-critical features.
