Position Overview
Role Overview: The Technical Service Officer will provide on-site technical support, demonstration, troubleshooting, and product application guidance to carpenters, contractors, distributors, and project customers. The person must be able to resolve product performance concerns, support new product trials, and strengthen brand positioning through technical validation in the field. Key Responsibilities: Field Technical Support & Application Guidance Conduct on-site product demonstrations for adhesives (PVA, epoxy, hybrid, woodworking adhesives). Train contractors, carpenters, fabricators, and channel partners on correct application techniques. Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines through root-cause analysis and corrective action. Complaint Handling & Performance Validation Perform field failure analysis and propose improvements to avoid recurrence. Document and report technical issues to R&D, QA, and Product Management teams.
