The **Technical Services Project Manager (Level 5)** will be reporting to the Operations Program Manager (OPM). The OPM organization is the primary interface between the program office, customer, and factory leadership. They are responsible for leading, communicating, and influencing across the organization and the customer. They will support all operations activities including cost, quality, and schedule.
