Technical Services Manager Opportunity - Commercial Fit Out - London

A growing and highly respected fit out contractor is seeking a Mechanically Biased Technical Services Manager to join the business at an exciting stage of expansion.

Having recently secured a strong pipeline of commercial fit out projects across London, the company has just been awarded a flagship £9m CAT A / CAT B fit out scheme in Liverpool Street, with the project being heavily MEP focused and approximately 75% mechanical in value.

This appointment represents a unique opportunity to become the company's first dedicated Technical Services Manager, giving the successful candidate the chance to not only lead a major project from cradle to grave, but also help shape and develop the wider technical services function across the business moving forward.
