Role Overview

Our client, a prestigious main contractor specialising in high‑end commercial office fit‑out projects across Central London, seeks a Senior Technical Services Manager to lead MEP strategy across major projects and support bid and pre‑construction activities. The role is both strategic and technical, requiring expertise in design, delivery, and commissioning of MEP systems and an authoritative presence in competitive pitches.
