Position Overview

  Overview 
 Do you have a specialism in  hard services  and are looking to join an exciting mixed-use shopping centre? You could be the new  Technical Services Manager  of one of the  largest shopping centres in the East Midlands , playing a key role in the  senior leadership  team onsite. You would also be working with one of the  top managing agents  within the UK, who manage a variety of assets in the UK & worldwide.
  Your responsibilities will be: 
 Technical services leadership and management across the entire shopping centre.
 Full accountability for the technical side of service charge budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX.
 Manage the M&E service providers, oversee shop fits, and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
