Handling quality complaint from customer within the SLA and investigate (corrective and preventive action) accordingly to the customer site by identifying potential issues from every angle while visiting in person.
Provide sample analysis before and after productions.
Giving technical report after trial and customer visits (collecting data of the production and do defect analysis) then shared to the internal team.
Coordinate with internal team and for root cause analysis and make sure to handle the complaint until the customer is satisfied.
Able to propose for improvement specifications according to the market needs/ brand owners to the internal team.
Identifying gaps between the product specification and customer needs on their printing process.
Giving technical education for printing and brand owners.
Creating guidelines for the customer on the product that they used.
