We are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Administrator to join a busy automotive operation in Chipping Warden. This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop and ensuring a smooth flow of work for technicians.
The Role:
Manage workshop jobs using the in-house DMS systemCreate and process approval jobs for vehicle estimatesRaise and manage workshop job cardsIssue gate releases for technician road testingLiaise with parts departments and brand teams to ensure a consistent workflow for techniciansSupport with vehicle progress tracking through the workshopMaintain accurate records and update internal systems What We’re Looking For:
