Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits and provide technical support to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, trials, and issues.
- Report technical findings, opportunities, and challenges to management.
- Prepare technical reports and share results with internal team.
- Provide technical feedback from the field for formulation improvement.
- Share market and customer insights to support product and business strategy.
- Segment support through analysis of competitor samples, complaint samples, special samples, etc.
- Develop new products along with other team members, segment R & T, and cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile or related field.
- Fresh graduate or one year of experience in a textile/industrial setting.
- Knowledge of industrial business and competitor analysis.
- Aptitude for analytical work.
