Position Title: Technical Service / Support Consultant
Working Location: Bedok
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Flexi Benefits + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Provide clear consultation and coaching to customers and partners about product features and solutions
Handle all parts of project implementation, including customizing solutions to meet client needs and supporting products after they go live
Respond to client issues and questions, use problem-solving skills, and follow up until the issue is fully resolved—support may be needed at different hours
Work together with teams such as Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, and Quality Assurance
