1, Execution Excellence as a Technical Expert: Demonstrate execution excellence as a technical and scientific expert by optimizing the utilization of technical support data generated at regional and local levels. Drive the development and continuous improvement of technical leadership and innovation for Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health (BIAH) brands and business.Ensure high-quality technical and scientific training and assessments for internal and external teams by planning and executing training calendars aligned with marketing strategies and sales objectives. Address customer needs by providing compliant, evidence-based scientific and technical support through field activities, including MR accompaniment (ride-alongs) and direct customer engagement.
