Responsibilities / Tasks
As a Technical Service Specialist, you will become an expert in GEA Grasso’s product portfolio, including screw and piston compressors, as well as chillers and heat pumps.
You will work closely with:
Authorized refrigeration companies
Support teams in our factories in Germany and the Netherlands
You will be the link between our customers and the GEA Grasso factories to ensure high quality in service, support, and commissioning.
On-site with customers (60–70% of the time across Scandinavia):
Technical support and advanced troubleshooting on GEA equipment
Commissioning of GEA Grasso compressors, chillers, and heat pumps
Setup and programming of GEA’s Omni compressor control system
From the office in Skanderborg:
Preparation of commissioning jobs and site visits
