Responsibilities:
Identify our customers’ needs and propose added value solutions.

Visit client drill sites to provide appropriate tools, technical support, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, including post-sale follow-up.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build trust in products and services.
Prepare and present detailed service and field reports, including product performance and site visit summaries.
Apply marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to support sales growth.
Maintain strong understanding of assigned markets and advise clients on selection of diamond tools and drilling-related products.
