Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and advice on product application in accordance with product characteristics and application standards.
• Prepare adequate knowledge on the products and align with customer expectations.
• Support sales team activities.
• Initiate and promote the selling of services.
• Provide services to meet the Coatings, Engineering and Service activities.
• Assist the Supervisor at a local country level.
• Monitor surface preparation/coating application on site ensuring that they conform to the agreed specifications.
• Represent the company in technical matters when dealing with customers at site/yard.
• Utilize technical knowledge to assess painting application, coating failure analysis, inspection, testing and provide required reports.
