Purpose of the position
Ensure the engineering region runs effectively whilst achieving KPI objectives including but not limited to, customer satisfaction, productivity, first time fix, regional revenue targets and full compliance to Health, safety, and environment standards.
Drive high standards of engineering across the region. Coach, influence and support a group of regional engineers to deliver the best possible results
Accountability
To deliver technical support to engineers when required Assist the regional manager to deliver on regional KPIs Drive positive culture across the region
Responsibilities:
