Technical Service Manager, Pet Food

To manage the technical service of a business to achieve Customer Service Level objectives as agreed in Sales and Account Plans (within the approved CSL’s).
**Your Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead technical service planning and execution aligned with customer needs and business goals.
2. Support product trials and validations at customer sites.
3. Investigate and resolve technical complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor market trends and share insights to improve our offerings.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, QA, Marketing) to ensure seamless technical support.
6. Maintain strong relationships with equipment vendors to stay ahead of process innovations.
