Overview & Responsibilities
The Technical Service Engineer serves as the primary technical point of contact for assigned product lines, bridging the gap between Elliottβs global business units and our external customers. You will provide expert analysis on installation, operation, maintenance, and product improvements, translating complex field data into actionable solutions and coherent technical reports.
Core Responsibilities
Technical Problem Solving: Develop sound solutions to complex field issues and conduct comprehensive engineering studies to optimize machinery performance.
Root Cause Analysis: Lead and participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to identify equipment vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Field Support: Provide high-level technical oversight for new apparatus installations, global service projects, and major overhauls.
