Monitor and ensure compliance with customer requirements (mainly semiconductor/electronics industry).
Perform on-site QC checks for products with special requirements.
Handle customer complaints, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain quality & compliance documentation (ISO / IATF / ESH, permits, etc.).
Coordinate with Sales, Quality, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Arrange lab testing (internal/external) and communicate results to customers.
Act as first responder for technical/quality issues (labelling, specifications, etc.).
Prepare reports (e.g. ECAR) and follow up on corrective & preventive actions.
Support ESG and safety matters, including site investigations and audits.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.
