us as Service
Technician – Special Foundation (m/f/x).
Your tasks:
First contact and phone support for customers directly and Bauer Equipment Australia technicians to assist with technical questions for fault finding, repairs, rigging / de-rigging and maintenance of the full range of BAUER equipment to help customers on site and our own technicians in our workshop facility in SydneyLiaise directly with our customers service staff to rectify faults over the telephone and provide written guidance on process for repair via emailLiaise and log with the BAUER Maschinen After-Sales Team in Germany to provide feedback from jobsites and to help rectify faultsVarious other tasks related to repairs, maintenance and spare parts requirements for BAUER equipmentCompliance and execution of BAUER standar...
