Job Description Job Summary Carry-out technical department activities to ensure an adequate design as per customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks - Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to
- Check and review the Customer Technical Specifications Sheet in order to configure the new FG and relay it to Technical Manager for approval.
- Prepare the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of customer complaint related to Technical department and relay to Technical Manager for approval.
- Assist in the Trial execution by checking machine parameters, run-ability and produced item; generate a trial report showing the result and relay it to Technical Manager for review.
- Provide technical support, once delegated by Technical Manager, for the Sales and Marketing team, upon customers’ visits in case of Claims or Trial‑runs.
