One of our consultancy partners is looking for a Technical Salesforce Consultant to join their team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll work with international clients to design and deliver tailored Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud solutions, while also advising on advanced topics such as CPQ, Agentforce, and system optimization.
Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end consulting on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud implementations, from planning through execution, training, and ongoing support.Design and deliver tailored business and technical solutions that meet client requirements.Advise clients on functional, technical, and methodological aspects of Salesforce, including CPQ and Agentforce.Support data modeling, performance tuning, automation strategies, and security best practices.Identify and resolve system inefficiencies, continuously optimizing CRM activities.
