Position Overview
The Technical Sales Officer (TSO) is the frontline commercial and technical representative of the Mukammal brand. The TSO drives demand for Mukammal's complete fertilizer range — spanning straight fertilizers, NPKs, specialty blends, and micronutrient products — through proactive farmer engagement, agronomic advisory, and active channel management. The ideal candidate brings an established book of farmer and dealer contacts, enabling rapid territory penetration and sales conversion from day one.

Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and seasonal volume targets across Mukammal's full fertilizer range, including straight fertilizers, compound NPKs, specialty blends, and micronutrient products.
Leverage existing farmer and dealer relationships to generate immediate sales momentum in the assigned territory.
