Responsibilities
- Encourage profitable expansion of sales to current clients.
- Find new clients and win over new business from current ones.
- Work together closely with Customer Services to ensure that existing accounts continue to grow and establish an account team approach.
- Work in close coordination with the commercial team to ensure that customer deals generate profits.
- Establish and accomplish challenging goals for your own customer portfolio in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Verify that the data on your own accounts in Salesforce is correct and up to date.
- Contract management: ensure that all terms, including credit, are met by accounts
- Create sales strategies for your own clientele.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to enhance sales and cultivate robust customer connections.
