Position Overview
The role is responsible for engaging with customer nutritionists, identifying feed additive opportunities, coordinating product development and trials with suppliers and supporting the Premix & Feed Key Account Sales team in resolving customer concerns and technical challenges.
- Sales Target Achievement - Achieve monthly and annual targets by volume and revenue. Visit customers to maintain good relationships and understand their needs. Identify business development opportunities to increase market share and profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management - Establish mechanisms to gather input and feedback from customers and customer nutritionists for understanding their requirements. Engage with stakeholders at all levels on technical and commercial matters.
