Develop and maintain business relationships with OEMs, retrofit customers, end users, and business partners in Japan
Understand customer needs and provide technical consultation with suitable solutions
Support customers throughout the full sales process, including: Technical discussions, Product presentations, Quotations and negotiations, Project follow-up, After-sales support.
Coordinate closely with headquarters in Germany regarding technical and commercial matters
Communicate customer requirements internally and support technical issue resolution
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the sustainable growth of the Japanese market
Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and technical expertise
