Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in the African region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving chemical sales objectives, developing strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships within the mining industry in the African region.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Direct and oversee sales objectives and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Identify, approach, and convert new customers and markets.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
