Position Overview
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information
- Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers
- Conduct client site visits and assessments for project feasibility
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and system designs with support from the renewable team
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Present and explain solar technologies to prospective clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance of offered solutions with applicable codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer database
- Coordinate with the Technical and Project Teams for handover and implementation
- Track project progress and client satisfaction post-sale
- Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and marketing campaigns
