Communicate with customers to understand project requirements and provide support
Visit customer sites/factories for discussion, measurement, troubleshooting, and project follow-up
Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, and purchasing
Assist in preparing basic technical proposals, drawings, or solutions
Follow up on project progress, delivery schedules, and customer feedback
Maintain good customer relationships and support after-sales coordination
Support site installation, testing, or project implementation when required
Ensure smooth communication between customer and internal departments
