Delivers integrated customer experience, assesses customer needs, and prepares product specifications for development and installation of customized applications.

+ Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to identify and meet their technical needs.
+ Conducting needs assessments to determine how company products meet customer needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
+ Collaborating with design engineering to provide input on product reliability and other technical considerations.
+ Providing post-sale technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
