• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain continuous communication with Tesla's global team, including representatives from the USA, Germany, China, and Japan.
• Identify and engage key Tier 1, Tier 2, and OEM partners.
• Develop and manage negotiations and agreements, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Ensure brand specification in new product launches and projects, including face lifts.
• Generate and promote improvement proposals across various areas of the plant.
• Increase market share in each area of focus.
• Manage the development of new products and/or custom solutions to meet customer needs.
