Responsibilities

• Analysis of customer satisfaction studies
• Development of technical needs and requirements for the North American region
• Analysis of technical concepts and designs from a customer perspective
• Virtual evaluation of vehicle concepts and designs
• Presentation of proposals on management level
• Follow up on change requests
• Business case calculations
