Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through internal databases job portals and recruitment partners.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews via call or video to assess technical knowledge communication and attitude.
- Evaluate experience trade test results and verify documents.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners/agencies in India Nepal Pakistan and other regions.
- Prepare candidate evaluation sheets and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.
- Maintain candidate tracking sheets and update daily recruitment status.
- Assist in scheduling client interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
- Ensure all shortlisted candidates meet client expectations in terms of skill experience and communication.
