What You Will Do Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles primarily based in Singapore, with occasional regional support across APAC Partner with the Delivery Manager to translate client and project requirements into focused, effective sourcing strategies Go beyond the resume — assess team and organizational fit, career motivations, and professional background to identify candidates who are the right fit, not just on paper but in practice Proactively source candidates through MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche communities, and direct cold outreach...
