A leading food manufacturer in Cape Town is looking to appoint a Technical Quality Manager to design and implement Food Safety and Quality Management systems.

Requirements:

•Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Microbiology or equivalent

•6 – 8 years’ years’ experience in a food production environment

•Strong leadership qualities

•Demonstrated food safety experience
