**Description:** **What You Will Be Doing**
Serves as liaison between project management and planning teams, line management, contracting, finance, scheduling, engineering, and any other entities that interact with the F-16 Technical Order Development execution team. Prepares Basis of Estimate (BOE) for input to contract proposals. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
