ESA Engineering is seeking a Technical Proposal Specialist to join our Proposal & Planning Department at the Dubai office . The role is focused on preparing technical and commercial proposals for architectural and engineering services within the retail sector and beyond, actively supporting our business development and commercial growth activities in the region.
