**Department Overview:**
At Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), delivery volumes continue to grow year over year as we strive to reliably deliver products to our customers. The last mile delivery segment—from the final shipping hub to the customer's doorstep—demands industry-wide transformation, requiring the rapid development of innovative delivery services and network infrastructure.

**Team Overview (Tech Team):**
The Tech Team is responsible for maintaining and operating the system infrastructure that supports collaboration with major delivery partners, as well as driving automation of business processes.
