- 2. Prepare the following reports:
- a. Highlight reports
- b. Issue reports
- c. End stage reports
- d. Exception reports
- e. End project report
- 3. Maintain the following records:
- a. Issue register
- b. Risk register
- c. Daily log
- d. Lesson log
- 4. Kick-Off meeting between Sales and Project Team
- 5. Lead the defined project team
- 6. Project Kick-Off meeting with customers.
- 7. To have clear matrix of responsibility or work share between RSMY / principle / customers / vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors
- 8. Liaise with any external suppliers or account managers
